Meet the Interior Designer
Kelly Davidson
Kelly graduated from Colorado State University in 2006 with a BS in Apparel Design and Merchandising. Over the past 18 years, she has worked in apparel design, development and product management roles for brands such as Sierra Designs, Pearl Izumi, Spyder Active Sports, and Specialized Bicycle Co.
During the past 8 years, Kelly has successfully managed her consulting firm specializing in apparel design, development and production management. Simultaneously, she has undertaken many interior design projects which has been a natural progression with her background. Fueled by her passion for design and the creation of functional, beautiful spaces, Scenic Home Interiors came to life.
Kelly and her husband, Erik, both grew up in the small town of Monument, CO. They had always talked about building their dream home in the mountains of southern Colorado. In 2022, they were able to make their dream a reality and now call Pagosa Springs home a majority of year. They are loving small town living and finding work/life balance. They believe in crafting a life you don’t need to vacation from or retire.
As a Colorado native, Kelly has spent her life enjoying the outdoor activities this scenic state has to offer. In her free time, you’ll find her trail running, hiking, paddle boarding, snowboarding or attempting to fish with her husband, Erik, and her two Vizslas.

Scenic Home Interiors is an upscale interior design studio focusing on residential homes in both Denver and Pagosa Springs, CO, where Kelly and her husband split their time. Kelly incorporates her Colorado roots into her design aesthetic, seamlessly merging sleek lines with natural elements, and consistently drawing inspiration from the scenic outdoors. Scenic Home Interiors was built with the belief that our home’s interior should be just as scenic as the surroundings we live in, here in this beautiful state.
Kelly has a fondness for mountain modern home design and loves to infuse organic, rustic, and industrial flair based on the preferences of her clients. Her style is continually evolving, and she embraces experimentation, often venturing beyond her comfort zone.
Kelly’s goal is to help take the stress out of the design process. With her holistic approach to interior design, she will guide you through every phase of your project – helping bring your vision to life.
